My 9 month old is starting to cut down on her nursing sessions and I'm not sure how to handle this. She's my first child and I don't have a lot of family that nursed for me to ask them any questions. Do I still have to pump every 3 hours when she isn't nursing to keep my supply up? When I'm at work do I just pump if I'd miss one of her regular nursing sessions? I have a very good frozen supply, but don't want my supply to dip or stop. I've read a lot on people just nursing at night and/or in the morning, when she gets there do I still pump during the day?
