How do other moms drop there weight ?? I've tried everything.

I lost abit of weight by starting to drink water with a squirt of lemon juice or tea without sugar instead of cooldrinks. I think walking is a great way to workout,if you dont want to go alone ask a friend to join you.

Walk. I try to do a brisk walk (at least 3 miles) each day. Make sure it is brisk though. You should not be able to talk while you walk. It should be a good work out walk. 3 miles usually takes me about 45 mins. to 1 hr. depending on the heat.
