Google sparkpeople. I am not getting paid by the company or anything crappy like that. But I have to say that I had an amazing experience with them and it is completely free other than the products they sell but trust me you don't need them!! The cool thing is that you can focus heavily on exercise or diet. The first time I used them I focused mainly on diet and it worked great. Now a days I think it would be more exercise focused. Anyways I am super short at 5'2 and after my baby I weighed around 190lbs. Within 5 months I had dropped all 90 pounds and I never bought any of their extra stuff. My daughter is now six years years old and I have only gained a few pounds here and there and now sit at around 105lbs.
