I'm not into diets and fad-type things. I don't like calorie counting or fake diet food products. I'm a big walker, but I'm not into working out at gyms and such.
I came across a Kindle book a year ago that seemed sensible and harmless and decided to try the method. I lost 31 pounds, going down in clothing size and getting to my goal weight. Even though it is called a 'diet' I wasn't hungry at all. It is about eating better.
Other than the book, there are no products to buy and no routine to follow that would disrupt your home life. After I tried it, several people saw my results and gave it a try too. A couple women I know lost over 120 lbs each.
