What are you currently doing to keep in shape?
Usually just adding a little more intensity to your current workout will do it. Try interval training rather than steady, moderate cardio. Like when you run, instead of running at a steady pace the whole time, run steadily for the first 10 minutes, then run as fast as you can for 30 seconds, then run at a steady pace for 30 seconds. Keep alternating for 20 minutes, then do the usual 10 minute cool down. The same concept works no matter what you are doing--biking, swimming, rowing, even dance or zumba. For dace workouts, alternate slow music with fast music and add more squats and strength moves.
