How can i drop this last bit of weight and tone my tummy

p90x has rave reviews. My hubby did it for 90 days and he slacked sometimes. he lost almost 40 pounds. It's made for people in shape and need more of a work out. It isn't cheap though.

What are you currently doing to keep in shape?

Usually just adding a little more intensity to your current workout will do it. Try interval training rather than steady, moderate cardio. Like when you run, instead of running at a steady pace the whole time, run steadily for the first 10 minutes, then run as fast as you can for 30 seconds, then run at a steady pace for 30 seconds. Keep alternating for 20 minutes, then do the usual 10 minute cool down. The same concept works no matter what you are doing--biking, swimming, rowing, even dance or zumba. For dace workouts, alternate slow music with fast music and add more squats and strength moves.
