First let me ask how old is your baby? I was having this problem with my 2 year old when she was about 15 months old and it is frustrating. I can give you a few suggestions that might make it a little easier to deal with but my pediatrician said sometimes it just happens. I had the best luck preventing leaks using Pampers Cruisers and I would get up and change her in the middle of the night. I know that sounds mean but if she was sound asleep it normally didn't wake her. If you are finding the bed wet and needing changed in the middle of the night but a sheet on the mattress than a waterproof mattress pad and another sheet. I know it sounds silly but it makes it simpler in the middle of the night to just take of the wet sheet and mattress pad and but the baby back to bed without having to worry about putting on another sheet.(Also works if child gets sick in the middle of the night. I still do this with my 4 year old and the 2 year old.) I also kept clean pajamas and undershirts/onsies on the changing table at night to make it as quick and easy as possible. Also make sure to change the diaper right before going to bed. I don't know if this will help you but I've been there.
