My daughter was about 3 when I stopped giving it to her at bed/nap time. I got tired of replacing the ones she chewed through. She was about 2 1/2 when she stopped using her soother during the day.

My two eldest children had the dummy until the age of 3 or 3 1/2 yrs old and my two youngest still have them. Really I dont think their should be an age limit to having a dummy lol

I stopped around 3 1/2. It really depends on the child. I have no issues with older kids with binkies at night. It is soothing.

I stopped at 6, which is REALLY old, but my daughter was having a lot of issues with her father and I being separated. I would say 2.
