Chicken salad, any sort of salad with low carb dressing, baked chicken, pork chops, meat, or fish. I love to make up marinades and let the meat sit in it for 24 hours, then bake it to add flavor. String cheese, egg whites, spaghetti w/o the noodles, (with ground beef), fajitas w/o the tortillas and beans, no carb protein shakes (cheaper buying online and in bulk) for last minute meals or meals on the go.

When I'm eating low carb I eat eggs in the morning and sometimes I'll add a piece of celery with a small amount of peanut butter on it. For lunch I have a salad with chicken on it or sliced turkey breast (that I've cooked...I'm not big on lunch meats so I make my own) or chicken and I roll a piece of cheese up in it. For dinner it's fish, chicken, turkey, lamb or tofu with fresh steamed veggies. I always try to have a different veggie with each meal so I don't get too bored. Homemade chicken and veggie soup is a good one too.
