Me and my almost 6 year old are very pickey eaters. But I need to find foods that are high in fiber that we would enjoy for dinners. any ideas would be great! thanks!

Fiber One snacks are super good...toaster pastries, yogurt that tastes like a milk shake, muffins...all delicious! Smart Taste spaghetti with Ragu's plain sauce with hidden veggies is a quick, high fiber fave at our house. You definitely won't have to force nasty wheat pasta on anyone, the Smart Taste Rotelli is fabulous & there's no way you can tell it from the "normal" stuff!

Fiber is such a loosely used food term these days that it is difficult to help you. Every food has "fiber". Are you thinking of carbohydrate fiber, vegetable fiber, meat fiber, grain fiber? Which "fiber"? Please explain what you mean by high fiber

Puree vegies, put them in ice cube trays and freeze if you can't use right away then add them to sauces as needed and even in meatloaf. Nicely disguised.

there are nice foods like bananas that are good for fibre-and the obvious suspects such as brown rice and pastas which can easily be disguised by a nice sauce, served with brown garlic bread as a pose to white. or you could make your own pizza with your little one!! using wholemeal flour in the pizza base?? you would have a lot of fun too!! maybe make a face on the pizza to encourage your child to want to eat it?? xx the list is endless-maybe you could 'google' high fibre foods xx
