What are the risk of your baby sleeping in a car seat every night

When my son was 3 months old I could only get my son to sleep in one of those bouncy chairs. I asked the doctor about it and he told me that if that is the only way he can get to sleep then he don't see a problem in it just make sure it's secure. I put the bouncy seat in the crib and made sure he was buckled in and started trying to transfer him back over to the crib and sleeping normal. after about a month of working on it he was sleeping in his crib again.

I would just ask your doctor. I mean they sleep a lot in the car seat anyway. It may just give them a sense of comfort and feeling safe.

i wouldn't think that would be good. It may become uncomfortable and your baby may wake up with the neck hurting. I believe a baby needs to stretch out and after all they grow when sleeping.
