We are going to my hubby's godmothers for Thanksgiving. For Christmas Eve we are going to my hubby's parents(my son turns 16 months on Christmas Eve),for Christmas Day we will have my little boy open Christmas gifts from Santa. And the day after Christmas we will be having their family Christmas. In 07 we went to my family christmas, didn't go to it in 08 because of some crap from my side of the family and now since my family is getting to be alot bigger my grandparents decided to stop having it(not that it affects me any). I really can't wait because for my sons last Thanksgiving he was too little to eat any of the food and for Christmas he was too little to open any gifts so I am extra excited for this year. He'll just be eating off my plate :)
and I can't wait to see the look on his face when he sees all his presents :D

So what are all you doing for the Holidays, anything exciting going on?

For Thankgiving to my mom's. We don't go anywhere on Christmas. We do Christmas Eve here at my house but Christmas Day is for our family and the kids to play with all of their new toys.

Fun Angie! I can't imagine spending it without family or a bigger family for that matter

My husband and I have lived away from family since 2 months after we got married. We are very happy to spend the holidays alone with just our family - hubby, me, son and two daughters. I can't imagine having to spend a holiday with a large group of people - too stressful for me........ Thanksgiving will be the usual big meal but dh is working that day so it'll be later in the day. Christmas will start with midnight Mass. Then a few gifts for the kiddos and a quite day spent together...

Leah,
For thanksgiving I will be heading to my mom's where we will celebrate, and it will be fun for me because it will be my daughter's first thanksgiving, so i am excited to see how she will like all the new food, and then for Christmas I will have my daughter at home with me and she will have christmas with me, and then over to my mom's for more gifts and dinner, and then we will do a separate christmas with her dad.
