Is there a way for you to get into some councelling? It's understandable how overwhelming all of this can be. I mean you have 3 children in 4 years, that's a lot to handle for anyone! Talking to someone who can help you learn how to calm yourself could be really helpful. I especially say this since you've been having suicidal thoughts, it's possible there could be some sort of chemical issue going on you don't know about. Even if that isn't the case seeing a councellor could really help.

Try to give yourself 'time outs' if you realize you're yelling or feel like you're losing control. I know I've had to catch myself from yelling at my son over something that really wasn't as big a deal as it seemed like during the moment. If you realize you are yelling or freaking out walk out of the room or try to take some deep breaths. Even if it means you're supposed to be getting one of the kids in trouble and you can't temporarily that's ok, it's better for you to let it be for 5 minutes and come back then to freak out and not get your point across anyway. Obviously if you need to leave make sure your children are safe and don't leave the home, but you can lock yourself in your bathroom for a few minutes to calm down and regroup.

Definitely go see a councellor who can help you work things out.
