My sons father has been playing these in and out games with him since he was 7 1/2 months old. Now that he is "paying" child support he wants to see his son which is fine with me. Because i never stopped him in the past 2 years for him to see my son. But now hes going to take me to court and im afraid they will give him the right to take him for unsupervised visits. What can i do to keep that from happening and making them strictly supervised with our caseworker?

Is there any particular reason why you don't want your ex to be alone with your son? We need some more details please.

Is there a reason you want supervised visits? A history of violence or sexual abuse? Unless you can prove he is an unfit parent there won't be a reason for the courts to require supervised visits.
