I'm try and make this as brief as possible. I have a son who is 10 and is totally non verbal. Last week he came home with some pretty bad claw marks on his neck. My son's nails were just trimmed, so it wasn't him. I emailed pics to his dr.'s office and she said they don't look a child did it. I've been in contact with the principal and he thought maybe someone on the bus did it on his way home. He looked at the video from the bus and it's been determined that it happened at school. The main teacher was out and he was with an aide all day and she doesn't know what happened. I can understand if another kid did it, but not knowing how he got them is really upsetting. From the way it looks, it looks like someone got ticked off at him and grabbed him by the neck and scratched the crap of out him. There was nothing written in his folder about it. If another kid did it, they would have said so. The principal is going to interview everyone who came in contact with him that day to see if they saw something. What else can we do? I hope I'm not making it sound worse than it is. If anyone wants to see pics, pm me and I'll send them.
