What can I do if the father of my baby wants to take me to court again when I worked visitation scheduled and everything or can I take him to court for custody and child support is that going to affect anything on my baby's birth certificate

Hi everyone I just need someone who can give me any answers...I am a single mom who has an 11 months old baby and he has my last name he's father took me to court on the 24 of October we went to court for a hearing and all we did was that he sworn that he was the father and that he didn't want a DNA done so then he said that he wanted to work this out by talking about the visitations and everything so we talked and we worked out the visitation schedules and how much he could give to help out...so the next day he messages me and said that he wants to take me to court I don' t know why I already worked out everything with him and all of a sudden he says he wants to take me to court again...can he take me to court again or can I take him to court for custody and child support o and about that court the judge just said he was going to appear in the birth certificate but the baby's last name stays so I wanted to know if it's going to affect anything on the birth certificate if I take him to court

Yes court does suck ADN i am in the United states...ANd thanks for the advice... I just needed to see if there is going to be any change in the birth certificate if I take him to court for custody and child support I just had it with him and I'm getting tire of his games so might as well take him to court for custody of my baby and for him to pay child support

Not sure if your in canada or the states but, yes he can take you back to court and yes you can take him for custady and child support, in canada the only way u can change a birth cirtificat before age 12 is through suprem court so it shouldent effect it. You need a visitation schedule that is through the courts so he cant change it or argue it. Regardless if he is on the birthcirtifcat or not he still has to pay child support. Good luck and a heads up court sucks
