What can I do to help me sleep at night ?

I am 12 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my lil one , I am having a really hard time staying asleep at night . Is there anything natural i can do to help this ? I have tried milk and honey and that normally works but not sense I have been pregnant.

Is this because you feel sick? Or is it your mind racing or worrying so once you wake up you can't fall asleep again?

If it's the latter, I suggest planning something that might happen far in the future. Not near enough that it's like planning a to-do list, just dreaming of what could be. Like, deciding what colour and shape of curtains you'll put in the nursery (not if that stresses you out!) or imagining a family road trip you'll take in two years with your toddler, or planning a garden for next summer. Something mildly interesting and not at all stressful. Keep your mind on that instead of more pressing matters, and hopefully you'll stay relaxed enough to drift off to sleep again.

I don't think it's because I'm sick . Could be that my mind is just racing to much for my body to sleep . But I feel uncomfortable . If I lay on one side to long it starts to go numb and I just can't seem to find that one spot that makes me relax .
Your suggestions are great I will put them to good use !
