What did you do besides breastfeeding to lose your baby weight?

I'm wondering what all you moms out there did to lose weightr after having a baby? I was 140-145 when I got pregnant with my son. I ended up gaining like 57 pounds with him. ( I was 197 ish they day before I delivered). When I stopped breastfeeding I gained about 5 pounds give or take. Now I'm 165-170. So I'm wondering what you guys did to lose the weight? I dont feel very good about myself. I'm about 5"4 and I really want to get back to 145.

Eat healthy and get moving, even if it's putting baby in the pram/stroller had walking fast around the neighbourhood. I never relied on breastfeeding to lose the weight.
