My children's father and I split custody of our 2 daughters half and half. They're both at his house Sunday afternoon til Wed afternoon, and at mine Wednesday - Sunday. Last week, while I went to pick up lunch with my nephew, my 4 year old had told my sister, her aunt, that she knew what drugs were. My sister was shocked because this was a random statement made by my daughter. My sister then began asking her the appropriate questions, "how do you know" "who does them" etc. My daughter ended up telling her that her brain knows the color, she's seen it on a plate at her dads, her dad and uncle do it, and that he makes her go into her room. My sister asked if my daughter would get mad if she told me, and my daughter answered yes because her dad would get mad because its a secret and that her mommy wouldn't let her be around it. Immediately when I got home after reading the text my sister sent me of their conversation, I sat my daughter down and talked to her about how she should NOT know about that, sbd that she should never be afraid to tell me things like that. I called her dad 4 times and didn't get an answer. So I sent him the text my sister sent me, and a text explaining to him that had she said that to her teacher at school he could be in trouble. Well, I'm so nervous err since, thinking that my kids could be witnessing things like this, getting contact Hugh or even mentioning this to someone else. Whatsoever I do? Who can I call to report this!

You need to take your daughter down to the police station IMMEDIATELY. She needs to tell them what she saw and then let the police take it from there. You should also go to the courts as well about visitation and possibly ceasing it till this is sorted out.
