At two months, it really isn't a huge concern just yet. How often do you do tummy time and at what age did you start? Some doctors will say no more than 15 minutes of tummy time for under 3 months. If you're leaving her longer maybe that's why she's just going to sleep.

My now one year old really didn't have neck control until almost 3 months. I was also a little concerned for her. I let her ride the course and she never showed a true delay. She walked at 11 months, which was behind my other children but it wasn't an age where it's considered behind. I think maybe it was because being the baby, everyone always held her and kept her head in place for her, so she never got the practice at a month old.

If it is really a concern of yours call your doctor and ask them. If they are concerned they can get a referral for a physical therapist for you, yes they do babies too.
