I couldn't call my daughter a picky eater coz she prefers simple dishes like a cured pork, or a fried fish but the problem is I don't find this kind of meal (it's not even a meal) healthy. She hates veggies and I couldn't make her eat even a small slice of squash.
So, what do you do to make your kids eat the food that is served to them? Do you give in to their requests or leave them alone until they feel hungry?
