She is 13 months. She eats mostly table food now, but because she so little she can't have everything bc she might choke. So it has to be soft stuff and easy to chew. She drinks rice milk and eats a lot of fruits and veggies. But I need meal ideas and snack ideas. We are only on a wheat free diet for two more weeks to see if she is actually allergic to it. Wheat can be a false positive when allergy testing is done.

I was a nanny for a little boy who was allergic to EVERYTHING it seemed. For the dairy aspect, they used everything soy. Soy yogurt, milk, etc. He also ate a lot of chicken, beets, avocado, turkey.....

Maybe not just wheat? but Gluten? .... so no processed foods, no dyes, no corn syurp, not trans fats .... this kid is going to be so healthy!!!!

Orgainc Veggies and Fruits .... I say orgainc, cause if this kid already has allergies you don't want to make it worse by adding hormones, chemicals, pesticides, and other crap into their little body.

If you were told to avoid eggs, make sure chicken is okay, sometimes it is not.

There are many gluten free products on the market, but read labels. They might say gluten free, but contain wheat ... crazy, but I see it. Shop at Trader Joes if you have one near you ... farmers markets are perfect ... fish is a good option .... so many seeds and nuts and grain options ... search gluten free on the net and see what pops up .... many many kids have allergies, so go to the library and check out cook books, and food guides, I am sure them have them.
