What does it mean when your BF baby throws up her milk after every feeding?

My baby is only 3 days old, and she has not been able to digest her milk today. She also hasn't been able to poop, and she has only had 1 wet diaper. My pediatrician suggested pedia light until he can see her tomorrow.

I'd take her to ER. Not to scare you, but this is not normal. The fact that she's not peeing can also be a sign of dehydration, this is not something you want to wait with for any child let alone a newborn. Please have her seen immediately. There are also medical conditions that could cause this. Better to be safe than sorry. I hope it all works out! Hang in there!

It COULD be a number of things. Something you ate, acid reflux, lactose intolerance, who knows....at least you'll find out tomorrow.
