I am giving her fruit juice during the day and breastmilk at night since she is at the day care. Now its winter I was wondering what hot drink can she have?

If her body can't tolerate other milk you may not be able to do that (maybe she's outgrown it though), but juice is not a good substitute for water/milk. Good luck!

Thank you very much. Will definitely do that, its only that after she had gastro I was advised to stop giving her other milk. It's a while now I think I can start her. Thank you

You shouldn't be giving her more than 4-6 ounces of watered down juice per day at the MOST (none at all is better)... breast milk and water is all she needs to drink.. unless you aren't breastfeeding enough or pumping... in which case other milk might be a good idea. She doesn't need any hot drinks, but you can warm up the milk a little if she would like it.

boiled water (Make sure it's lukewarm!)

For starters, juice isn't needed, milk or water is all kids really need to drink (and better for them as well). If you want a warm drink then heat up the milk.
