my baby is a premature she was born at 7 months on july 3rd she’s in the hospital, they started to feed her formula because I’m not producing the amount of milk she needs, but she’s not tolerating the formula every time I pump I only get 2 oz in total, I have been drinking MOTHERS MILK TEA eating OATMEAL and drinking LOTS of MILK & WATER but I don’t see results. Is there something other than what in eating and drinking that could help me produce more milk?

You can try taking fenugreek it's an herbal supplement that may increase your supply. How often are you pumping. You should be pumping as often as they are feeding your daughter in order to keep up with her needs, you may have set the alarm for the middle of the night every two hours to keep meet her demands. Some women do not respond well to a pump so you may want to try hand expressions after you use the pump.

I dont know if youd be up for this or not but talk to your obgyn and ask them about Reglan. Its a medication for your stomach but they give it in small doses to produce breast milk and from what i understand it makes your produce a lot fast. only down side is that you have to take it everyday or it will stop producing as much.
