What is causing green poop on and off in my BF baby's stool?

She's had green poop the majority of the last two weeks. It went back to mustard yellow for a little while, but it's green again, and today I noticed small bright red flecks in her diaper. They've also been pretty explosive lately. :( I can't tell if she seems uncomfortable or not, but she also has had some diaper rash, would that mean the green poop and rash are showing an allergic reaction to something? I've read about foremilk and hindmilk and have been trying to feed her on one breast as long as possible before switching, so I'm not sure if that could still be the problem. The red flecks is the most concerning part about this yet!

Green stools are not, they could be caused by something that you ate. However, you should have her seen by her pediatrician for the red flecks. They could be something as simple as swallowing some blood from cracks in your nipples, to an allergy to something you are eating (if you are drinking milk and eating dairy it could cause allergic reaction in baby), or other gi problem in baby.

Green poop in a breast fed baby is a sign that they are getting a lot of a fatty hind milk. Not sure about the red flecks tho; is it possible she was trying to eat a crayon?

its what your eating if you are mixing formula n breast she gonna have a mixed reacction. breast feed during the day n give formula at night but dont mix it around as her digestoin willl get mixed up.

did you have curry? or chilli? that wil explain the red flecks
green poop is a sign of strong formula, you probably gave her too much formula milk
your breasts give her around 3-4 oz of milk, if you give her 5-6 oz formula thats too much
just give her 2oz formula night time before bed, breast feed her the rest of the time it will go back yellow, sounds like shes about 6 weeks old xxx
