I would also let a doctor have a look at it,they might also give you a special cream.

There is no this to worry about.. its a common thing and most of babies suffer from baby acne.. do not apply anything on it. Acne will clear itself after sone days or weeks. Actly it is a natural phenomenon. Your baby's oil glands had started working that is why acne appears.. its normal

A product by Forever Living called Aloe Vera Gelly for Propolis may help. If you would like I can find out if it can be on a 1 month old.

I'm pretty sure it's a heat rash. My daughter had it everywhere.

Just leave it. It took over a month for mine to be bump and red free.

P.S I went to the pediatrician and double checked with the pharmacist.

just wipe down her face a couple times a day with a warm, damp washcloth. it will go away on it's own over time. also try not to let her rub or scratch her face too much. we used to put socks on my son's hands to stop this

This may seem odd, but my great grandmother used to say to wipe a wet diaper on the acne. Not a dirty diaper, just wet. Baby urine is pure and clear and the mild acids will dry out the acne. Try it a few times before her bedtime and leave it on overnight. Trust me, it worked for my son!!!

Most babies do get baby acne, it's best to leave it alone but a doctor should diagnose it.
