I want to lose some weight. but I do not know how to go about it. I was thinking of giving the Tony Ferguson diet a go. It's only going to cost me $80.00 for 2 weeks with a touch base one on one every 4 weeks . I can't do the Michelle Bridges one as that cost too much.

Weight loss is not easy for everyone. I can eat a calorie restricted lean protein diet every day and only maintain weight. Yes, I am one of those who gain weight by looking at food. I have done every diet out there in the past. Weight watchers was one of the best and Jenny Craig was one of the worst for me. I did HCG injections and lost a tremendous amount of weight and starved for weeks just to gain it right back by eating healthy. (Story of my life) Lifestyle changes do not always work for everyone so I completely understand weight frustrations. Recently my husband came home from work and told me about this stuff his boss' wife was taking. Bee Pollen. I know there is so much controversy about diet pills and I am sure I will get 'not so nice' feed back on this post but who cares because I actually lost 12lbs in one month. My husband picks them up for me but they will ship it to you. If you are interested check it out. www.getyourskinnybuzzon.com My sister only lost 6lbs in one month and my husband's boss' wife lost nearly 20lbs in a month. I guess it just depends on your body. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

Weight watchers doesn't sell food that you have to eat. The diet is about changing your eating habits and tracking your points. On weightwatchers you can eat what you want, so if you want to indulge once a day on a sweet you can you just use your points. The fee for weightwatchers is not weekly it's monthly, and usually if you commit to 3 months you get your 4th one free. Anything you do is going to be difficult, you need to be in the mindset to change your current habits.

Why not just eat healthy and exercise? That doesn't cost anything more than the healthy foods you should be buying anyway, right?

I also had a lot of success with weight watchers. It's much cheaper then whatever diet your talking about, I had more success when I was going to meetings. There is something vet motivating about having to get weighed by someone else each week.

yes but i do not have a lot of money to buy different things to what we eat at dinner and lunch. so i thought the shakes would be easyier so then i would not have to snake or try to find the right thing to eat.

I lost 65 lbs after my son, and am in the process of losing my weight from my daughter. I am at 7 1/2 lbs down right now. I have a long way to go, but am eating very healthy. I should be at my ideal weight around June. Good luck.

Well, weight watchers is great and does not cost that much. Mainly just cutting all junk food out of your diet, reduce carbs, eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and only put good things into your mouth. Drink lots and lots of water, and eat small amounts every 2-3 hours.
