I don't wanna seem like a jealous ex wife, but I'm feeling like I am!! I want to be happy again one day and move on with my life. My divorce has only been final for 6 months, and it feels like I will still never get over our past relationship. He is happy with his new life, why can't I be??

Yes, apparently she has this theory that sleeping with his friends. I read it in another post. She's quite the troll.

You need to grieve over a relationship that has ended and give it time. Everyone has their own way and it can take a while to get over, depending on who ended the relationship and why it ended.

Like Kelsey has said, take it one day at a time. Learn to love being on your own and learn to love yourself. This is a great time for self reflection and doing things for you.

I recently just broke up with my ex and he's already in a new relationship. Just take one day at a time. Just because you're not with someone anymore doesn't mean the feelings go away overnight. Just remind yourself that, yes, you're going to be sad and lonely for a bit. But you're only sad and lonely if you let yourself hold onto the past. It's a complicated sort of feeling but you can't expect yourself not to care about him over night. It just doesn't work like that. My best advice for getting over your ex is; one day at a time. You'll have good days and bad days. Eventually you'll have the day were you're happy and you just don't care about him anymore.

Thank you Michele and Kelsey. Sometimes it just feels like forever. I mean, we have two beautiful boys together, so I do see him from time to time. That just makes it worse for me it seems like.
