what is the best way to get your 9 month old baby to sleep in her crib all night

The best way I found was to make sure the baby's not hungry. My son would wake up at 3 am at that age to eat and then go back to sleep until a reasonable hour, but I actually don't like waking up at 3 am and dragging myself around with bottles and soothing! So I would sneak up at 11pm with a bottle for him and tickle his mouth with it, he would wake up enough to eat and then he'd go back to sleep and have a full belly until morning. And I would have a full night's sleep, too. Ahhhh. I kept going with this from about 9 months to 14 months. It was the last bottle I got rid of.
