I have a 15 month old daughter and I am currently 6 months pregnant. I know I won't be able to start working out like I used to for awhile, esp since I will need a C-Section. But I was wondering if anyone has some tips for losing baby weight? My thighs slap together when I walk (I swear some days there are even sparks) and I won't even get started on my butt. Best way to tone the belly?
I need to look fabulous in my wedding dress !!!
