There are alot of ways to lose weight healthy and steadily, but it isn't instant. Here are some tips to help out that i have learned.
1. Eat healthy, smaller meals with healthy snacks, to help suppress spirit drink an 8 oz glass of water before you eat your meal
2. Do not eat 3 hours before you go to bed.
3. Exercise, but don't just run or do cardio one thing i learned is if you want to drop the fat and get toned work on the arms do them first and longer, only about 20 minutes of cardio to about 40 minutes of arms (learned this from personal trainer) also incorporate yoga and zumba into work out routine, this helps alot!!!
4. Along with food like i said eat healthy, but give your self a 1 cheat day a week but in moderation.
5. When you go out to eat get a smaller plate, the smaller the plate is the first it will look but have less food, another great trick is get blue dishes, the color blue suppresses appetite.
6. Switch up work out routine so your body doesn't adjust to the work outs
7. You don't need to diet cut carbs or calories, you just need to burn more calories than you consume. Also cut soda, coffee, and any sugar drinks from your diet. Drink more water and find healthier drink alternatives.
If you do all of this the pounds will shed quickly and healthily.
I have some more tips if you want email me ashyb88@yahoo.com.

I agree with Dove. The best way is not to do it fast. If you do it fast it could cause loose skin. Have you heard of AdvoCare? I got to the point where nothing was working. I was working out 6 days a week and still nothing was happening. Then a great friend of mine was telling me about AdvoCare and it was AMAZING!!!! If you're interested or having any questions just let me know. I'd love to speak with you. *hugs* Hang in there! You can do it!!!

Agree with both Chet MC and Dove. Losing weight over time is probably the best way to keep it off.
What worked for me was to reduce my sugar intake (cookies, chocolate etc) slowly over time and keep healthier options close by (nuts, carrots, cucumbers etc.) to snack on. Slowly, I stopped craving sweets.
Also, portion control is big. At mealtimes, start by using a smaller plate instead of a regular sized dinner plate - it works. And for lunch, take your own lunch to work. It makes a huge difference over time (and you save $$).

I definitely agree with Dove. The best thing to do is to make lifestyle choices that you can maintain even after the weight is off. It should take something on the order of a year to lose 90lbs.

My advice would be to do some physical activity every day - even if it's just a short walk. And to start tracking what you eat. A surprising number of people start losing weight just by writing down everything they eat. Being conscious of what you year seems to result in people eating less.
