Alright, my son is a year old and he basically eats everything we give him... even if we don't give it to him he'll still find a way to sneak a bite. But is there anything I should be focusing on specifically? He drinks water, watered-down juice and sometimes formula halved with milk. He eats everything except for puree, he stopped eating baby food months ago. Bread, flour tortillas, crackers, chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, carrots, celery, peas, potatoes(in any form, but mashed and french fries are favorites.), grapes, watermelon, frozen fruit(he's teething), I even buy him those gerber little meal things to eat when I'm too nauseous to really deal with food.
I would rather not hear anything about me feeding him "processed foods" or focusing on organic or anything like that. Because I know what is good and bad for people. But I also live in Missouri on a very small food budget and there aren't options to shop for groceries outside of a walmart.
He's been to his one year appointment and they said he looked healthy and everything... but I feel like I might be missing some crucial thing or feeding him horribly wrong...
Anyway, what do you recommend feeding a one year old?
