My cousin has a tendency to push her son on us. They are the same age. We stopped telling her what we were doing. She calls her mom, next I get vulgar voicemails from her mom saying it's wrong to exclude him.We stopped watching him because one day turned into a month. Why does she expect me to be the mother of her son?

He's six. My husband and I worry because of the fact he now acts like he is our only child and tends to get angry when we show my daughter affection. Last week,he bit my daughter after we hugged and told her,"that's my mommy."My cousin hasn't wanted anything to do with him since she had her 5th child. She'll ask me to pick him up,and then it'll be weeks before we hear from her. When we don't want to keep him, she'll call my aunt and tell her we exclude him all the time then we get cussed at. Within an hour after my aunt cusses me out,I hear a car door slam and he's back for another month! I tried giving him to his dad ,he refuses to take him. My daughter now sleeps with us because my daughter doesn't trust him. Now MIL wants to have CPS pick him up. Should I let MIL do that?
