Me and my partner started having sex before my 6 weeks maybe around 3 or 4 weeks after birth and we been having sex ever since unprotected and my son is two months old and I haven't had my first period after birth i don't know what to do or when to test I took one last Tuesday and it came back negative but I'm not sure if it was too early to show I'm nervous but I have a gut feeling I am pregnant

If you are nursing you may not get your period for a long time. Some women don't ovulate when they are nursing but it is not a guarantee. Three weeks after delivery? Yikes, your poor vagina. I hope that it was consensual on your part. Dove is correct though that you can get an infection, and your muscles and cervix are not healed completely either. Even if you had a c-section your uterus needs time to heal. Take care of yourself. Keep us posted.

You might also want to make an appointment w/ your OB anyway as sex too early after giving birth has a high possibility of causing an infection.

Prepare yourself to have another child. It's possible that you aren't pregnant, but the more you have unprotected sex the more likely it is that you will be pregnant very soon.

If you don't want another baby yet... stop having unprotected sex.
