What to cook for a childs 2nd birthday party?

My son will be 2 in about 10 days. Although he is a very picky eater we will be providing a meal at his party. The only problem is that I dont know what to make. So I was hoping to get a few suggestions from everyone.

All-beef hot dogs cut up very small and mac&cheese work well. Sliced apples or blueberries are nice. Anyone not wanting those gets a choice of sandwiches - you can have pb&j and a couple simple cold cuts available. All are very easy and kids love them. No huge worries about nutrition; it's a party.

They're a little young now, but anything they can help make also helps. Little pizzas on mini pre-made crusts is also nice (you can use english muffins, though they may be a little tough; I'd cut them first). Let them smear some sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Of course a couple giant cans of chef-boy-ardee and some chocolate milk doesn't hurt either.

A day or two before take a pork loin and throw it in the crock pot with some water and boullion or ham soup base, let it cook until falling apart, then pull it out to cool. When it's cool enough to touch flake it all apart. Throw it back in the crock pot the day of the party with some juice (water and boullion), throw some buns and BBQ sauce on a table and people can eat as they want.
