It will be a surprise birthday party and co-ed. I am having food and music. Just want some suggestions on a couple of games to break the ice. Nothing that will embarrass anyone God Forbid. ha ha. Thanks everyone

My son is 13 also and we also just threw a surprise party for him. The only "game" we planned was a baseball pinata (boys LOVED smacking that thing!) I think at this age they kind of frown on adults organizing fun. They know it all, right? We did have food and music and plenty of space for moving about. Eventually they made their own entertainment playing some sort of ninja tag? There was also some balloon popping happening towards the end. Boys!

Good luck!

Pinterest was a great resource for treat bag ideas. I forgot to mention that my son's theme was baseball so we bought Big League Chew, baseballs and sunflower seeds and put those together for "treat bags". You could do hockey pucks instead of baseballs?

Thank you so much!! I don't dare do too much except get them all together and "serve" as needed, ha ha. I like your idea and seeing as though a lot of the boys are from his hockey team, the pinata sounds like a great idea!
