What to do with a 6 Month old who won't sleep by herself??

My 6 month old daughter either has to be rocked or breastfed to sleep and continued to be rocked, bounced, or able to use me as a soother to stay sleeping. I have tried putting her down in her bed to let her cry. but cries so hard she gets covered in sweat and breathes funny. If I rock or breastfeed her and then put her down while sleeping, she will only sleep 30 minutes at the most no matter how tired she is and wakes up upset. If I put her down in her bed and go in every 5 or 10 minutes she gets even more worked up. She currently sleeps with me in the "family bed" but she is beginning to move a lot during her sleep, and wakes up many times through the night just to use me as a soother. She also refuses bottles and soothers. Will she be okay if I let her cry to fall asleep even though she starts to breathe funny and gets sweaty? What to do??!!

I understand the frustration. Won't be long and she won't be doing this anymore and you will wish for this closeness back :) I just pulled out Daughter into bed with us. I tried the whole crying it out thing and never helped. She would just make herself sick and never would go to sleep. It was just easier having her in bed with us. I am sorry I don't have any answer.
