What to do with a negative teacher?

My eldest son is 7. He has ADHD, and has problems functioning in a reg. classroom setting. He attends a school for children with these problems. I go into the class today to pick him up. He peed on the floor, so I had him clean it up. This teacher in his class "Ms. S" is sitting there making rude remarks at him while he is cleaning the mess up. Then she yells at him that he is cleaning wrong. She then tells him "to leave her class, cause she doesn't want him there". He walks past her to get his coat. She then proceeds to say " don't come back tomorrow, we don't want you here, maybe your mom should teach you some manners over the weekend". This is public school, and he has not been suspended.

My big question is what to do, and what are my sons rights?

I would be at least taking the complaint to the Principal of the school. Since it's a school that is supposed to cater for children with your son's problems they should be dealing with it in a better way.

Everyone deserves the right to be treated respecfully and I would be furious if any of my childrens teachers spoke to them like that.
