What types of food should you eat to lose belly fat?

I have read some of your responses about losing belly fat and alot say change diet. I was just curious about what foods are good to eat when dieting to lose belly fat. I am 28 and have had my pooch 4 10yrs.HELP!!!

Basically just eating healthy will help you to loose weight. I have found that eating 5 to 6 KID SIZED PORTIONS meals a day helped me to not feel hungry and not just eat mindlessly. Also if you want to loose your weight in your belly then you have to do exercises to impact your stomach fat. Crunches, side bends and all those ever so fun cardio activities will help. Walking is a great way to burn calories 30 minutes 5 times a day is all you need if you are not physically fit. If you are already in good shape then kick it up to an hour but if not then stick to 30 minutes less is more when begining a diet and exercise program. Try not to think of it as a diet and dont cut out the foods you love because if you do then you will just crave them more and are more likely to fail just follow the serving size amounts on the back of the boxes watch your calorie intake, cut out sodas and cocktail juices. stick to water and 100% juices for your liquids that alone usually removes alot of calories from your diet. this is verry hard to do but, I started to do weight watchers it helped some but what really helped is adding some exercise, I bought this workout cd on ebay called turbo jam, it has given me great results. Turbo jam is hard to get used to cause it is a very active exercise, but I can see my abs forming. Do this and watch what you eat and it will go away. I hope that this helped

I have recently noticed a lot of people saying any kind of berries. (Blackberry, Blueberry, strawberry etc. Also, their is a wonderful book that i am using. Its called the abs diet. About 15 dollars at the book store.. This book has a number of recipies to make. It also has tons of things you can eat if you are having a busy day and need to get fast food. It will tell you the correct food to buy and everything has tasted wonderful to me so far. Let me know if this works for you also.

Fruits, veggies, a lot of good fiber, complex carbs like whole grains (oatmeal, wheat) and drink lots of water. And ...Walk, baby, walk! lol

Its not what kind of food you should eat to loose belly fat, it's more like what you should NOT eat. No sugar, white flour or starchy veggies (like potatoes). Sweet potatoes are ok. Check out the book "Sugar Busters.". After years of a ton of cardio and endless crunches, etc, the only thing that ever got rid of my belly fat was Sugar Busters. Easy to follow, too. Good luck.

LaKeisha, eat 2 boiled eggs for breakfast everyday. Including the yolk. I lost my belly fat and I am 40 years old.

defo go for all veggies and salads and even stir frys are healthy!! weight watchers is a brill diet and it gives you every item of food in the books and your not limited cos it tell you your points for most foods as long as you stick to your points everyday you will lose. i lost 3 stone in just under five months on this diet and i swear by it..

Sometimes you can mistake what might seem like belly fat. There can be alot of excess skin from having a baby. Good Luck! Plenty of water and cranberry juice!

You can try Colinix..its like a colon cleanse...They offer it at alot of day spas..I've tried it...I lost 15pounds..all in my belly after 6 sessions.

you just eat healthy foods like vegies salads limit carbs breads r a killer potatoes pasta

try steaming but boil is good drink heaps of water and exersise

a lot of people spend a fortune trying to lose weight by going on weight loss programs jenny craig all they do is cost money you could do it the difference is they r small meals where people dish out themselfs bigger meals
