When is the best time to start excercising after a C-section?

it's 6 weeks since i had my baby (c-section) and am just wondering when to start excercising. cant wait to get this excess fat off my abdomen. anyone has an idea?

Really, you and your doctor are the only ones that can decide. Not some laidies from the internet that don't know your history. Have you been cleared by your doctor to do light activities? I would check with him/her to make sure you are medically cleared before taking on to much. It took me a long time to heal from my c section.....all I could do was walk for exercise.
