When to Worry about Water

When should I start worrying about my baby's water intake? She is 7 months old and we have just introduced solids for a few weeks now. She was ready. We still breast feed 6 times a day and she eats two solid meals a day; each about 3-4 ounces. Right now she is constipated (common when starting solids) but I really do want to know when I should start trying to get water into her and how other moms have gone about this. Once we get past this constipation, should I start a water routine? Wondering how this goes long term as well as baby starts to eat more solids.

When my daughter got constipated with solids I cut back on the solids and breastfed more until she felt better. You can give small amounts of water if you want but isn't necessary.
