Where to buy plus size for a 10 year old?

My daughter is 10 and is tall, but carries a lot of weight in her mid section. I have seen a post similar to this on here before, but can't afford ($60avg) per piece and most only went to a size 14. We are avg size 18 in girls. We were having great luck at Sears, but they went out of business. Kohls has a great selection online, but I refuse to buy without her trying on. She is SO picky and if the arms are to tight or its itchy (to her) she refuses to even wear it! She loves some of the clothing in the juniors department, but it is not appropriate most of the time. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. I live in a big city and have access to most big chains.

Check out Lands End (owned by Sears). It's online and catalogue sales, but the website is very informative for choosing sizes, and if you call them their telephone associates are very helpful. Also, their returns are easy if you want to order multiple sizes, try the stuff on and send back what doesn't fit. They have a good selection of plus sized clothing up to girls 16. Sign up for their mailing list. I never pay full price for anything at Lands End. You should be able to get stuff 25% to 40% off.

Also, if you're shopping at Justice definitely hold out for coupons and promotions from them too. You should be able to get 30% to 40% off everything you buy there.
