Who can recommend a good peadatrician,my daughter is complaining of burning urine and the need to urinate but sometimes nothing comes out

I do not have any idea what the medical system/care in South Africa is like, but you should call/go to any doctor/hospital and if they can't help you... ask them to point you in the direction of who CAN help you. In the meantime.... having her drink cranberry juice 'can' help some, but definitely try to get her in to the doctor today if at all possible.

Definitely take her to a pharmacist or any doctor. In the meantime make sure she's drinking plenty.

Definitely get her to a Dr. as soon as possible. A UTI left untreated in a child can turn very serious, very fast!

Sounds like she has a UTI. How old is she? I would go to the pharmacist first and see if they have any OTC medications that would work on a child her age.
