Oh my I'm sure you are tired. The waking up and screaming sounds like night terrors, for that I would talk to your pediatrician. Has she gone through any other changes lately? Such as, new routine, potty training, taking away a paci or other comfort item or home changes? I know those things can upset a child even if they don't seem like a big deal to us. Other than that I don't have any advice for you, I'm sorry and I wish you the best of luck.

Is she in a crib still or a toddler bed? We just got our 1 year old to sleep in her crib without letting her CIO, its exhausting tending to her in the middle of the night but it works. What we did was lay her down and rub her belly, back or leg until she was almost asleep. Now she doesn't even need us to rub her back but just sit where she can see us and she'll put herself to sleep. We also started using a sound machine, she gets distracted easily so we found that a consistent rhythm works best for her like white noise or womb sound, nature sounds distract her. I hope that helps.
