My daughter just turn 12 months old and I gave her whole milk to see if she would take it and she did!, the issue that I'm having is that suddenly 3 weeks ago she stopped eating solids at all, so I don't know which will be more nutritional...whole milk or should I go back to formula....HELP! I'm getting frustrated!!!

I'd continue with the formula until she is eating better. My son was breastfed, but he had quite a few days of eating no solids up until around 18 months. Just continue to offer her solids at regular intervals throughout the day and let her decide when or if she eats them and how much. It'll be fine. :)

My daughter was quite small and underweight when she was young, and she really didn't eat a lot in the way of solids at that stage, so I kept her on formula until 18 months, on the advice of her pediatrician, just so I could make sure she was getting her nutrients. Formula is more nutritious than milk, so if your child isn't eating solids (or eating very little), you are best to include that in her diet. Lack of the appropriate nutrition can affect cognitive development, so it's best not to take the risk.
