Why did my 9 month old stop eating?

My 9 month old daughter has always been really good when it came to eating. I would give her 3 meals a day and shed ask for in between snacks. At one point I was even worried that she ate TOO much. She recently became sick, she had a fever because of a throat infection -- according to the doctor. Its been about a week now, no more fever but she refuses to eat any solid food, not even sweets! She will only drink bottles. Should I be concerned? Is there any way to make her start eating again?

Thanks for any feedback!

I would guess that she either doesn't have much of an appetite back yet or is scared because of the recent throat pain. I wouldn't worry about her just being on bottles right now. Continue to offer her smooth, cold things (applesauce, yogurt, a thick smoothie, etc..) and I'm sure she'll be willing to give it a try again in a little while. If it continues for a month... then I'd start to be a bit more concerned, but not too much.
