Why does the Community "management" team not respond

I posted last week regarding the extreme lack of management on this site, and made a point of pointing out that it is most definitely NOT due to the mods.

That post was deleted, no explanation, so I posted again. At this point, I received a "violation" notice from the "management" team (NOT THE MODS, YOU LADIES ARE AWESOME). I'm still not sure how pointing out a severe lack of involvement constitutes a violation of "thumps", but...

I'm just wondering why this management team is taking such offense at a member pointing out inadequacies in the site, but then refusing to address the original problems? Has anyone else even attempted, or am I just banging my head against a brick wall?

Good luck getting a response from Community Management. When I was Admin, it was sometimes weeks or months before I heard from anyone. It was ridiculous. And if they delete this because of community rules, then they need to know that they can't just pick and choose the shit they want to delete and deal with. If I did my job like they do theirs, I'd be fired months ago.

I have only gotten advice from other mods. When I contact admin, I get nothing.

I PM'd them a long time ago on a couple things like post counts and such, but never ever received any response.

You should not have a violation based on pointing out the truth.

I get so sick of deleting the "spells and black magic" those guys are tenaciousness! I have had as many as 50 posts by one person.

LOL...They won't even respond to my reply to their message. I asked for explanation and which post they were referring to...

Its just irritating! You gals are great, and do WAY more than you should have to! The other sites I'm a member on (and hubs too) give their mods the admin access to block, delete, etc.

You ladies go above and beyond. ;-)

I usually just PM them instead. I guess they don't want it posted in the communities.
