The control line and the test line don't have to match, just the presence of the test line is indication of HCG in your urine. So unless you are taking HCG or other fertility medication, a positive home test in enough to indicate a pregnancy. Read the information in the box, it will tell you the line may be very faint.

If you are following the directions, and getting any sign of a positive (even faint), then you are probably pregnant. Not everyone has the same symptoms. If you're not sure about the result of this test, you can wait and take another home test in a few days... take it in the morning when you first go pee (the hormones will be more concentrated in your urine). Or go to the doctor for a blood test.

Go and see your doctor for confirmation.
Not everyone has pregnancy symptoms.
