My girl is almost 4 months old, I have been working out for two months. Before I got pregnant I was 150 lbs I gained 50 lbs to a whopping 200lbs. I was very active before pregnancy but stopped working out during because we miscarried our first try. I am now 183 lbs and staying at this weight I can not seem to lose a pound. I am breast feeding, working out and eating reasonably healthy. I am eating the recommended amount of calories for breast feeding, smaller meals and snacks. I just don't no what to do. Is there some kind of diet or cleanse or something we breastfeeding moms can do? HELP!
