Why is talking about how hard it is to be a SAHM "taboo" - it's honest

I live in an area where a lot of moms work, have nannies & sitters while they go to the gym or spa... and I'm not in that circle. Not even close. I don't live near family, my son will not yet tolerate a sitter once a week (all we can afford), and all the hype about moms groups "just join one" is not always that simple when your baby sleeps, eats, cries when they want (you know...reality). Where are all the SAHM who really are on their own? Yes, this is rewarding. It's also hard. Talking with other SAHMs - no matter where you live - would be great. Are you out there SAHMs, it's me, Olivia....
